Hello World!

Over the past 8+ years, I’ve worked on software in aviation, banking, insurance, and large-scale technology environments. Most of my work has lived behind the scenes: APIs, integrations, databases, automation, and the systems that quietly keep other systems running.

I’ve been thinking about starting a blog for a long time.

Not because the internet desperately needs another programming blog, but because I wanted a place to document what I build, what I learn, and occasionally what goes wrong.

What you’ll find here

Most of the content on this blog will be based on real projects and real problems.

Things like:

• Integrating third-party APIs
• Automation projects
• Backend architecture
• Lessons learned from production systems
• Small business software solutions
• AI-powered experiments
• Mistakes that turned out to be useful learning experiences

My goal isn’t to write theoretical content.

There are already plenty of articles explaining how things should work.

I’m more interested in writing about how things actually worked, what decisions were made, what went wrong, and what I would do differently next time.

No theory, just practice

You’ll probably notice a common theme throughout the blog:

Real bugs. Real architectural decisions. Real outcomes.

Some posts will be technical deep-dives.

Some will be project write-ups.

Some will simply be notes from things I’ve learned along the way.

Sometimes in English, sometimes in Turkish.

Why now?

For years I’ve benefited from blog posts written by other engineers who took the time to share their experiences.

This is my attempt to do the same.

If a post helps someone avoid a few hours of debugging, choose a better solution, or learn from a mistake I already made, then it’s worth writing.
